The Biebs appeared on Oprah Winfrey's show Oprah's Next Chapter, and the two chatted social media, marriage and his relationship with starlet Selena Gomez. The interview was filmed before Justin and Selena hit the recent snag in their affair.

Eighteen-year-old Justin told Oprah he intended to be married by the time he was 25 – news that Oprah thought somewhat concerning advising Justin,'I think 25 is too young and particularly for you. Your whole twenties is about discovering who you are... You're entitled to your opinion but rethink it.'

Rumour has it Justin had actually unsuccessfully proposed to Selena on a number of occasions throughout their relationship.

Over the past couple of weeks, eyes have been firmly fixed on the pair, eagerly waiting to determine the state of their relationship. And we're no different! What is going on with these two?

After what appeared to be a failed attempt at reconciliation last week, the two love birds were seen looking very close at the American Music Awards and a number of parties afterwards. The pair was clearly celebrating the fact that Justin cleaned up at the AMAs taking home many a gong – including the highest honour, Artist of the Year.

Neither camp has confirmed nor denied a thing!

Given the shakiness of their up and down romance – the Biebs would be wise to heed the advice of the TV powerhouse.
